  • Business Results: Drive business results by maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work area, utilizing digital tools for forecasting, planning, and production, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and accurate audit and compliance standards.
  • Talent Development: Teach and train the team by identifying training needs, providing and developing necessary skills to deliver high-quality products to customers, and encouraging career growth for team members.
Benefits

As a Meat Department Lead at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $25.00 to $33.00, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits.

Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a meat production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Meat processing experience, including boneless and bone-in products.
  • Supervising associates experience.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
