Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the bid phase development of innovative and cost-effective design solutions
  • Work with the interdisciplinary engineering team and design subcontractors to ensure the most cost-effective design is developed
  • Train and develop junior engineers
  • Perform engineering analysis, design, and estimates that support design-build pursuits and ongoing projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; Master's degree or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred
  • Registered Geologist and/or Geomorphologist would be a PLUS
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience with infrastructure transportation related projects
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the U.S. with PE in WA State a plus
