Job Title: First Tracks Instructors

At National Winter Activity Center Winter4Kids, we're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic First Tracks Instructors to join our team. As a First Tracks Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering our unique, experiential learning-based curriculum to school-aged children, guiding them from discovery to self-mastery in skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to children of various skill levels
  • Partner with group leaders to assess abilities and develop daily plans
  • Design and implement game stations to promote skill development and progression
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a fun and productive atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Ability to ski safely and confidently in various snow conditions
  • PSIA/AASI Children's Specialist and/or Level One Certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
