Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team at Crestview Court. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to their safety, while adhering to policies and procedures, as well as state and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies and procedures.
- Identify, document, and report changes in conditions of residents to the supervisor.
- Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License.
