- Ensure all contractual and licensing requirements are met for residential programs.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for service delivery expansion, reduction, or discontinuation.
- Develop and monitor outcomes across all direct service departments to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Align department goals with our strategic plan.
- Develop and maintain partnerships and collaborative relationships with community stakeholders to improve the system of care.
- Represent the agency at local, state, and national levels, promoting a positive reputation of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, population health, healthcare administration, nursing, psychology, counseling, or related degree.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Clinical licensure (LISW, LPPCC, IMFT, RN, Psy D., or similar) preferred.
- 8+ years progressive administrative experience in healthcare, with diverse and cross-functional experience strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or related field providing community-based services to youth and their families or caregivers.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise required: family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling or therapy, child protection, or child development.
We offer a competitive salary range of $121,000.35 to $141,771.20 per year based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401K with employer match, and an employee assistance program.
