Job Responsibilities
  • Run a service route applying fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides to ensure healthy tree growth.
  • Detect and diagnose tree/landscaping issues, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Document all activities, including product usage, notes, and service records.
Requirements
  • Maintain 3B certification (M.D.A.R.D).
  • Hold a valid Chauffeur License and Dot Medical Card.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Possess a good driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $25-$30 per hour based on experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred.
