Transportation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager/Engineer to join our team at Right Hire Consulting LLC. This is a challenging role that requires strong project management and engineering skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
About the RoleAs a Transportation Project Manager/Engineer, you will be responsible for managing transportation and natural resource engineering projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be on project planning, design, and construction management, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality results within budget and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Design Management: Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Construction Management: Coordinate construction activities, including contractor selection, scheduling, and quality control.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation or natural resource engineering, with a proven track record of managing projects and teams.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Montana, Idaho, Washington, or the ability to obtain one within six months.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
