Shooting Sports Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our shooting sports program at camp. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supervising shooting sports ranges, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

• Develop and implement shooting sports programs and activities that meet the needs of our Scouts and staff.
• Manage and supervise shooting sports staff, including training and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and BSA standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including certifications and advancement records.
• Provide guidance and support to staff and Scouts, promoting a positive and inclusive camp environment.
• Collaborate with other camp staff and leaders to ensure a cohesive and effective program.

• 21 years of age or older.
• National Camping School: Shooting Sports Director Certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and participate in outdoor activities.
