Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM as a Technical Consultant.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in integration processes.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical aspects.
  • Exhibit strong skills in HCM Extracts.
  • Knowledge of EBS HRMS is advantageous.
  • Proficient in outbound integrations.
  • Familiarity with BI Reports and HDL.

Technical Skills:
  • Ability to gather requirements and align them with the Cloud product.
  • Experience as a technical or techno-functional resource in comprehensive implementation projects.
  • Strong command of SQL and a solid understanding of HCM database structures.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and REST APIs.
  • Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates.

Communication and Documentation:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating technical design documentation and SIT/UAT test scripts.
  • Support for user acceptance testing and post-implementation activities.
