Role Summary:

The Senior Endpoint Solutions Engineer will be instrumental in delivering a seamless computing experience to the North American workforce.

This role involves the design, construction, and deployment of endpoint configurations and user applications across both virtual and physical desktop environments.

The Engineer will collaborate closely with other End User technicians and engineers, providing Level 3 technical support and serving as an escalation point for core end-user issues, while also guiding and mentoring the Level 2 support team.

Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring that all desktop operating systems and applications are up-to-date, reliable, and accessible in alignment with service level agreements.

The Senior Endpoint Solutions Engineer should also be adept at identifying and assessing desktop OS and application solutions that bolster the security of the end-user environment.


Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Citrix, VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop, W365, and Intune Endpoint Manager.
  • Identify, submit, test, and implement security policies (DevSecOps).
  • Provide exceptional third-tier support to second-tier technicians during issue escalation.
  • Educate business units on best practices regarding new applications and emerging technologies.
  • Proactively identify and enhance business processes.
  • Conduct software testing, customization, and deployment of packages, including OS patching.
  • Perform software upgrades, new installations, uninstalls, and configuration modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global standards.
  • Collaborate with the End User Computing Platform team to support the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in navigating complex policies within Intune and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and 11 engineering.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 (O365).
  • Adept at understanding and managing complex packages.
  • Ability to initiate and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow.
  • Skilled in hardware troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Hybrid work model: 2-3 days in the office.
  • Experience with Terraform is preferred.
