Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure that resident care needs are met.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and treatment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs).
