As a member of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, with two shifts available: 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm.
- Casting refractory parts by mixing materials and pouring into molds.
- Preparing molds for parts weighing between 2-80 lbs.
- Demolding refractory parts.
- Performing cosmetic work, including washcoating, hand sanding, and checking for cracks or voids.
- Operating mobile equipment as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety policies.
- Performing other tasks as directed.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in manufacturing or a related field.
