Assembly Technician Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the Assembly Technician role in our Spokane Valley, WA facility. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and safely, using wiring schematics and various materials.

Benefits and Compensation

The compensation package includes an hourly wage of $17.50, as well as excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with contribution matching, profit sharing, and educational assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret wiring schematics, ensuring accurate assembly and product quality
  • Work with various materials, including castings, bolts, screws, wiring harnesses, thermostats, and adhesive clips
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements and calculations
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion, demonstrating physical stamina and strength
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
