Job Responsibilities
As an ICU Nurse at Bourbon Community Hospital, you will be responsible for:
· Performing plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments
· Documenting patient care given and monitoring patient condition
· Assisting patients with activities of daily living and collaborating with the care team to coordinate patient care
· Evaluating learning needs of patients and providing patient education
· Working as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
Requirements
· Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
· State nursing license verification
· Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
