Maxim Healthcare Services is a leading provider of home healthcare services, with over 30 years of experience. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Lehigh Valley area.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, and 401(k) savings plan.

About the Role:

This position involves working as a nurse in the homes of pediatric and adult patients throughout the Lehigh Valley. You will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided

- Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from prescribers as necessary

- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document effectiveness

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice

- Current Health Certificate

- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

- Current BLS card

- One year prior RN experience preferred
