We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, sanitizing areas, and vacuuming carpets.
- Clean restrooms, wash windows and walls, move and arrange furniture and equipment, and pick up outside garbage.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
- Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, tidy throughout the day, and eliminate trip hazards.
- Adhere to our safety program at all times, including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
