About UsSoccer Shots is a premier children's soccer program that emphasizes character development alongside athletic skills. Our mission is to enrich the lives of children aged 2-10 through engaging soccer sessions that take place in various community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise soccer sessions at schools, daycare centers, and community venues.
- Deliver our structured curriculum with enthusiasm, focusing on both skill enhancement and character growth.
- Foster a positive environment for children, ensuring a fun and educational experience.
- Maintain communication with parents and staff, providing updates and feedback.
- Arrive punctually to each session, prepared and ready to engage with participants.
- Manage equipment and keep accurate attendance records for each class.
- Complete required training and participate in evaluations to enhance coaching skills.
- Must possess a professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Creative and energetic individuals who enjoy working with young children.
- Patience and empathy are essential for guiding children through learning experiences.
- Previous soccer experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and a personal mobile device are required.
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in early childhood education or coaching are a plus.
- Weekday sessions typically occur between 8:30 AM and 1 PM.
- Compensation is competitive, starting at $20+ per session.
- Additional opportunities may be available for Saturday morning sessions.
