Certification Requirements- Mandatory Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH
- Unit Type: BP - Acute Care (Stepdown/PCU)
- Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 across all shifts
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year
- Weekend Commitment: Required every other weekend
- Floating Requirements: Yes, within service line and across facilities as needed
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
This position will cater to a diverse patient population, including Adults and Geriatrics.
Unit Specifics- Unit Capacity: 45-bed Acute Care (Med Surg/Intermediate) unit
- Work Environment: Telemetry
- Medication Management: Familiarity with intermediate medication drips (e.g., heparin, nitro, cardizem, insulin) is essential
- Preferred Experience: Float pool experience
- Local Traveler Policy: No local travelers within 50 miles
- Pending Licenses: Not accepted
