Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ovation Rehabilitation Services, LLC. As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work with a dynamic team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Active state license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient-centered care.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities.
