Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals with backgrounds in emergency medical services, certified nursing assistance, or nursing education to join our dynamic clinics as Patient Care Technicians. Your expertise and training are essential in ensuring our operations run efficiently while delivering exceptional care to our patients.

The Patient Care Technician I-III (PCT) plays a vital role in delivering patient care under the supervision of a physician or another healthcare professional. The PCT is instrumental in enhancing clinic operations, assisting patients, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care for every individual.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently prepares patients for examination, collecting and documenting vital signs, medical history, and the purpose of the visit.
  • Diligently manages and records telephone communications in the patient's medical file, adhering to established protocols.
  • Aids in the preparation of prescription renewals for healthcare providers in accordance with policy.
  • Ensures patient care is delivered in a secure, comfortable, and private setting.
  • Performs administrative tasks to enhance provider efficiency and clinic operations as assigned, including completing patient visit documentation, maintaining departmental records, answering phone calls, taking messages, checking in patients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Organizes and/or coordinates referrals as instructed by the healthcare provider.
  • Maintains cleanliness of examination rooms and other patient care areas between patient visits.

Work Environment:

This position requires onsite presence and is located in Denver, CO.
