Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at The Grill at Waterford. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create menus that showcase our seasonal offerings and meet customer expectations
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment to ensure efficient food preparation
• Prepare and present dishes in an appealing manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock as needed to prevent stockouts
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations to protect our customers and staff
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification is a must
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is essential
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure is crucial
• Excellent time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth kitchen operation
