">Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled registered nurse to work with pediatric patients in their own homes in Seffner, FL. As a pediatric nurse specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
">Responsibilities
">- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
">- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
">- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
">- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
">Requirements
">- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
">- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
">- Current BLS card.
