Salary:$10,000 Sign on bonus plus a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with 2-3 years of clinical experience to join our team as a staff supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel and coordinating care delivery to ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations, including those with dementia.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
* Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
