Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of banquet management experience required.
  • High school diploma required; 4-year degree in hospitality preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with food and beverage financial systems.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of using moderately complex systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual preferred.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and tour for extended periods.
  • Pleasant, courteous demeanor is essential.
  • Ability to work in both office and active food and beverage environments.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
