Become a part of the Buehler YMCA team in Palatine, IL, and contribute to the development of young athletes through our flag football program. As a Flag Football Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for participants of various age groups. Your role will involve planning and supervising sports programs, ensuring alignment with the YMCA's goals and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement flag football programs for different age groups
- Supervise and lead participants during program activities
- Collaborate with the YMCA team to achieve program goals and objectives
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in sports or specialty areas (e.g., playing, coaching)
- Comfortable working with multiple age groups
