Warehouse / Assembly Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse / Assembly Worker to join our team at Twin City Staffing in Brooklyn Center, MN. This full-time opportunity involves shipping, assembly, and repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate shipping software to manage and process orders efficiently
  • Assemble parts and components following blueprints and technical drawings
  • Perform assembly tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure quality checks on products and materials
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment
  • Use basic hand tools and mechanical equipment for assembly tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with shipping software and assembly required
  • Mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to perform repetitive work efficiently and with attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
