Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a talent marketing strategy to support recruitment efforts across North America.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and vendors to develop multi-channel campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop meaningful content, including external newsletters, blogs, social posts, and employer brand ad campaigns.
  • Manage and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns, continually seeking ways to enhance our brand presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field experience.
  • 1 to 2 years talent acquisition or recruitment marketing/employer brand experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of job boards, social channels, and paid social.
  • Knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), PowerPoint, Canva, and other Content Creation/Planning Tools.
  • Video production experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
