Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to lead our estimating team in the public bid space. As a key member of our Infrastructure Management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes to deliver accurate and profitable project estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site assessments of proposed project areas to ensure accurate measurement of progress during execution.
  • Request, track, and assemble pricing data from various sources, including in-house, subcontractor quotes, and industry sources.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a database of internal project costs to facilitate improved estimating practices and accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in validating project estimates and developing innovative means and methods for completing projects.
  • Assist in developing tender win strategies and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead estimating role in a construction, manufacturing, or public bid environment.
  • Experience with public and private sector bidding, with a strong understanding of Transportation Infrastructure.
