This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be supervising a team of RNs, Staff, ICU, Nurse Technicians, and Practical Nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and other healthcare team members.
- Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
