Job Title: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

About the Job:

Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in a hospital setting. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in the field of interventional radiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of technical procedures, including fluoroscopy and angiography, to diagnose and treat patients
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and angiography systems
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, including explaining procedures and results to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
