Job Title: Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and a friendly conversation
  • Use a seating chart to seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor the waiting list and manage the floor chart to ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Communicate with guests who are waiting, keeping them informed of wait times and any updates
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the menus, waiting room, and restrooms
  • Answer phones and take to-go orders as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to organize, plan ahead, and engage in conversation with guests
  • Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time, lift up to 20 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently
