About the Role

USPI is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Operative Preparation: Assist in preparing the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures.
  • Surgical Instrumentation: Ensure that all surgical instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and stored.
  • Assisting Surgeons: Provide assistance to surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures.
  • Monitoring Patient Care: Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team.
  • Post-Operative Care: Assist in cleaning and preparing the operating room for the next procedure.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Surgical Technologist program preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an operating room setting.
  • Certifications: BLS certification required.
