Job Summary:
As a Regional Product Specialist at Techtronic Industries - TTI, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners. This role requires excellent sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide best-in-class sales and service to consumers, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
• Implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store associates and management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
• Participate in the TTI Training Program, implementing acquired skills to deliver results and improve performance.
• Deliver engaging product training sessions and demonstrations to store associates, management, and customers, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of TTI products.
• Communicate professionally with all peers, customers, and management, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, and other initiatives to promote TTI products and build brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
• Ensure the visual appearance of the store and its products is maintained through proper merchandising, positioning, and objective completion.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering products as needed to meet customer demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Participate in store resets and merchandising installations to update or expand the TTI brand presence in stores.
• Sell directly to customers in the retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license in your state of residence with at least one full year of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
• Ability to work nights and weekends – Weekends will be required at different points throughout the year.
• Ability to work in a retail environment full time.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift except for meal and rest breaks.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.
• Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending/descending ladders to move product.
• Capable of using hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools, and build displays.
• Applicant must be MS Office proficient.
• Applicant should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Benefits:
• Salary: Starting between $24.04 and $25.96/hour equating to a Target Annual Salary of $50,000 - $54,000.
• Sales Contests and Incentives to Earn Additional Income (In Correlation with Business Needs / Focuses).
• Vehicle Allowance of $400/month equating to a target of $4800/year.
