About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Genitourinary Oncologist to join our team at the FDA Office of Oncological Disease (OOD). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing the availability of safe and effective drugs and biologics to patients with cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and effectiveness of human drugs manufactured for interstate sale, with truthful and informative product labeling.
  • Conduct inspections and investigations of food and drug manufacturing establishments, performing analytical work and recommending enforcement actions.
  • Collaborate with researchers, patients, global regulators, and educators to improve cancer care through a multifaceted approach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to eliminate unnecessary human exposure to manmade radiation from medical, occupational, and consumer products.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from a school in the US or Canada.
  • US citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory side of drug development.
