Creative Works is committed to providing exceptional care and support to adults with disabilities. We are seeking a qualified Direct Support Professional to join our team and help us achieve this mission.

The estimated salary for this role is $18 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with brain injuries and/or disabilities, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

In this role, you will work closely with participants, family members, guardians, case workers, and other stakeholders to provide personalized support and care.

Essential Functions:

  1. Providing quality care and support to adults with disabilities
  2. Implementing specific procedures and programs as outlined in individual program plans (IPPs)
  3. Reporting pertinent information to immediate supervisors
  4. Assisting with lifts, moves, and transporting participants using proper body mechanics and lifting devices

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries and/or disabilities
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Satisfactory driving record
