  • Clinical Overview:

    • We are looking for a board certified or truly board eligible emergency medicine physician.
    • This is a permanent position.
    • Coverage includes 24-hour shifts; 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with single coverage, and double coverage during peak summer events.
    • Full-time equivalent (FTE) of .83, requiring 10-12 shifts per month, with the possibility of additional shifts.
    • Annual patient volume ranges from 13,000 to 14,000 visits.
    • Facility is a Level III Trauma Center.
    • NP/PA support available on weekdays and weekends from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., seven days a week.
    • Join a collaborative and team-oriented department.
    • Current number of physicians in the specialty at this location: 4.
