Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leadership Specialist to lead our APA-accredited training program and provide administrative and clinical leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clinical leadership for the training program, including coordination with educational institutions and maintenance of APA accreditation.
  • Assess internal capacity to provide internships and practicums and coordinate placement with educational institutions.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Develop and implement training programs and materials to support the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology
  • Licensed as a Psychologist (LP) through the State of Kansas
  • Two years post-licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Meet criteria to be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
  • Pass background investigations, including KBI and DCF Central Registry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
