Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist - District Support to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality care by adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, financial management, and personnel management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to drive revenue and improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or clinical setting.
  • Licensure: Active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
