About the Role

As a Plumbing Instructor, you will be responsible for establishing instructional guidelines, overseeing the classroom, and setting standards for trainees. You will work in our state-of-the-art training facility, mentoring and guiding enthusiastic trainees through the intricacies of plumbing and water mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging hands-on experiences for trainees to practice plumbing and water mitigation processes in a positive and dynamic learning atmosphere.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • 4+ years of full-time experience in the plumbing industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in instruction and instructional design.
