ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a skilled technician with a keen eye for detail to join our team. As a Bicycle Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and products. Your expertise in high-end bicycle mechanics will be essential in maintaining our premium offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assemble and inspect bicycles, including complete box and custom builds, frame preparation, and wheel building/truing.
  • Manage inventory and assist with order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Perform general shop duties and participate in training and special projects as directed by management.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a high-end bicycle assembler or mechanic, with proven proficiency in:
  • Setting up disc brakes
  • Adjusting derailleurs
  • Working with suspension systems
  • Applying proper frame preparation techniques
  • Truing wheels
  • Understanding bicycle fit
  • Exhibiting strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Utilizing computer programs effectively
