About the Role

Curo Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Manager to lead our hospice operations team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in accordance with our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospice sites, including clinical and administrative functions.
  • Administer the clinical aspects of the hospice program and ensure the provision of quality care to patients.
  • Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in on-call nursing schedules and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required.
  • Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required.
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required.
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment.
