About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Esthetician to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality skincare treatments. As a Skin Expert, you will be responsible for performing facials, brow services, and waxing, while maintaining State Board compliance and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and achieve service and product goals
  • Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
  • Perform services, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts
  • Give service recommendations and rebook clients
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures
  • Work with the Salon Manager to ensure supply needs are met
  • Assist in all in-store operational processes
  • Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
  • Accurately follow company time-keeping procedures
  • Attend mandatory training and team meetings
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology/Esthetics License
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
  • Developed communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Availability:

Weekends required

Education:

High school or equivalent required
