Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, slotting, cycle counting, and root cause analysis to meet CVS's IC, Quality, and Compliance standards.
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage and sustain high standards of cleanliness, 5S, and lean practices across the DC using CVS SOP and protocols.
  • Safety and Security: Promote and enforce safety, security, awareness, and compliance among team members.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years supervising Inventory Control functions within a Distribution Center/Warehouse, with 2 years supervisory experience and 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bi-Lingual, knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System), Bachelor's degree, and background in Six Sigma production techniques.

CVS Health offers a competitive salary range of $43,000 to $93,574, depending on experience, education, and other factors. Eligible employees may also participate in a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
