Cart Attendant

Job Summary: As a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter the store to the moment they leave. Your responsibilities will include gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the store
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
• Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed
• Work collaboratively with the Front End Services team to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Flexibility to work in all weather conditions
