Role Overview

As a Weekend Concierge at The Oaks at Liberty Grove, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and their families, creating warm and welcoming experiences that enhance their daily lives. Your role will involve greeting residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members. You will maintain a clean and organized reception area, supporting a friendly atmosphere. Your responsibilities will also include helping with administrative tasks, such as updating resident information and managing appointment schedules. Key Responsibilities

Greet residents and visitors with a warm and welcoming smile
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
