We are seeking a skilled Industrial Welder to join our team at Just In Time Staffing LLC. The successful candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience in the metal fabricating industry and a strong understanding of safety procedures.

As an Industrial Welder, you will be responsible for operating and completing set-ups on welding machinery, troubleshooting and adjusting equipment as necessary. You will also assist fabricators with layout and fabrication of jobs, some assembly of products and skids may be required.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a salary range of $20 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate). Benefits include a full benefits package and bonus opportunities after being hired by the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating and completing set-ups on welding machinery.
  • Mig welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Following safety procedures at all times.
  • Following the job schedule provided by the Plant Manager and Foreman.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in the metal fabricating industry.
  • Knowledge of safety and operation issues related to the industry.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints.
  • Knowledge/ability to do basic shop math.
