Froster

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our guests' expectations. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

• Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
• Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes efficiently.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Maintain an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes, as well as product rotation standards.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet NbC standards and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, ensuring frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

• Understand basic units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Perform repetitious tasks that require precise and continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Lift items of moderate to heavyweight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Evaluate products, processes, information, and surroundings to determine compliance with standards.
• Discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards.
• Diligent, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize workload and operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is a plus.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.

Compensation: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
