Kubricky Construction Corp. is a reliable heavy highway and bridge constructor seeking a dedicated **Construction Foreperson** with experience in all trades to lead the team in creating an efficient and innovative environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Set up and/or build forms

- Communicate with owners, DOT, and Inspectors

- Oversee compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations

- Lead by example in the areas of safety, work product, and work ethic

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in bridge or general heavy highway construction
  • A minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team

We offer a base salary range of $36,000-$112,500, actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
