Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, you'll play a critical role in transforming our culture and accelerating innovation to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable.

You'll lead and direct your Pharmacy Staff, comprised of staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, while managing all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

A key component of the Pharmacy Manager role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. You'll also lead with empathy and compassion, motivate and inspire your team, identify business opportunities, successfully implement solutions, adapt to change, and seek new ways to grow and collaborate with others.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• Listed on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Compensation:
