Restaurant Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Service Professional to join our team at Even Hotel Waco - University Area, an IHG Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch beverage service to our guests.

• Drink Service and Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide range of creative cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of all beverages, glassware, and supplies, and communicate any shortages to management in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences, and ensuring a positive experience at the bar.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized bar area.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
